He is an expert and thought leader in the development and implementation of data security programs. Hay spent almost two-decades in a variety of prominent technology roles. As CTO of LEO, Hay will be responsible for the development and delivery of the firm’s comprehensive cyber security, incident response, cloud / devsecops services.

With a long history of high-profile security and software engineering positions, Hay was also a faculty member at IANS Research and worked as an analyst with 451 Research and The Honest Analyst, which he founded in 2014.
