DALLAS – Dec. 8, 2017 – LEO Cyber Security, a cyber security advisory and operations firm, today announced Heath Renfrow has joined LEO. Selected from over 2,000 nominated industry experts, Renfrow is the recipient of the 2017 Global CISO of the Year award given by EC-COUNCIL, the largest cyber training body in the world.

With over 20 years of global cyber security experience, Renfrow holds numerous industry-leading certifications such as Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH). He also serves on the several boards which include the Adlumin Board of Directors, the National Cyberwatch Center Foundation, the University of Indiana Cyber Advisory Council and Cyber Patriot Program Advisory Council.

Prior to joining LEO, Renfrow held the CISO position at United States Army Medicine where he worked for the past two years. He has extensive military experience having also held executive positions for the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army Information Management Command, and the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. He holds a Bachelors in Science in Information Technology, and a Master’s of Science in Cyber Studies.
